Prices and occupancy
Our holiday apartment is designed for a maximum occupancy of 4 people. The amount of the prices does not depend on the occupancy of the holiday apartment, but is staggered and seasonal.
On the famous Costa del Sol we can usually enjoy the most hours of sunshine of all Spanish places. The long-lasting fine weather phases (especially in the summer) provide here for absolute bathing weather.
However, a very good travel time is also the late spring (May, June) and the fall (September, October). During this period, the best conditions for a relaxing holiday prevail. Temperatures reach values around 28 degrees, the Mediterranean is also very pleasant in late summer and autumn at 22 to 25 degrees.
- Preseason: 01.05. until 14.06.

- Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.
- Electricity, water, garbage, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and all other operating costs are included.
- For the final cleaning come for each degree of pollutiononce 60, - to 70, - € added.
- At the handover of the holiday apartment, a deposit of 500, - € in cash is payable. This will be refunded upon departure minus the cost of the final cleaning.
- Arrival and departure: The holiday apartment can on the day of arrival from 17:00 o´clock (or by prior arrangement) be obtained. On the day of departure the apartment is swept clean until 12:00 o'clock.
- Advance and final payment: When booking the apartment immediately 30% of the total price must be paid. The balance of the total price must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation or no-arrival: After booking, 30% of the total price must be paid in case of cancellation. If the cancellation is made 30 days or less before the arrival, an amount equal to the total price must be paid. The same applies generally in the case of a no-arrival.
- The minimum stay is 7 days.
