Alcaidesa
Alcaidesa has a beautiful and well maintained beach with a wonderful view of Gibraltar. Here you can relax in a quiet atmosphere and escape the stressful everyday life at home. Much of the beach is surrounded on the land side by a beautiful golf course. Two very good chiringuitos with a great location provide for their physical well-being. If you are looking for peace and an exceptional beach, Alcaidesa is the place for you.
For golfers Alcaidesa is a dream come true. The two golf courses (Links and Heathland), created by two distinguished architects, are surrounded by a landscape of rolling hills and idyllic forests. The classic links course (the original links style is the only one in Spain) is suitable for golfers of all levels and boasts wide, open fairways, some of which must be played blind. The well-maintained and varied course offers not only a beautiful game under the Andalusian sun, but also a magnificent view over Gibraltar and the nearby Africa.
The clubhouse and proximity to other golf courses in the area (eg Sotogrande and San Roque) make Alcaidesa a truly unique Mediterranean meeting place for amateur and professional golfers from around the world.
